I am a little late sharing my October oracle cards with you. I was holding out for my spiritual trip to Bend, Oregon, to attend the elsewhere festival. I was also sinking into the meanings through this month.
My cards this month were

Today’s cards whispered a rhythm. It feels like both medicine and mirror:
Co-regulate · Rest · I Will Keep Ascending · I Am the Light.
🌿Co-regulation was a reminder to me that I am healing in connection. It is a word that has been used to describe a connection I have with someone. It provides a way for my heart to borrow calm from others. This happens when I forget how to find it myself. It feels like permission to say, I don’t have to hold this all on my own.
💤Rest came next, like an exhale. I am on an unintended break from work. I am also away from outside distractions and obligations. I have time that is been gifted to me, a true pause that I really want to tap into. How can I use this time to dim and replenish my light.
🌄I will keep Ascending. This card made me think on my growth. I am starting to learn that it doesn’t always have to look like motion. It can look like patience. It can look like silence, like tending to my climb instead of rushing up the hill.To trust that every step I take counts, even when its inward.
🔥I am the Light- I have this ever arching message being given to me lately. I am a healer. Those that get my healing just have to be in my presence. How do I protect my light? I want to share it when I choose. Then I need to learn to pull it back and protect it when necessary.
I received my spread early in the month. Then I traveled to Bend, Oregon. I attended an event called Elsewhere and spent time with a good friend.

There were so many activities to choose from at this event. It was a beautiful problem to decide which spiritual workshop to choose from a list of amazing options.

I started with a Cacao Communion with Mirabel using Ceremonial cacao. This form is pure, unprocessed chocolate in its most sacred form—a heart medicine. It has been used for centuries by Indigenous peoples to connect with spirit and community. In this communion, we drink the warm, rich elixir with intention. We allow it to open the heart. It quiets the mind and awakens inner truth. Each sip becomes a prayer of gratitude, grounding, and gentle transformation.

Next I attended a workshop with Ashlie about the power of Roses. It was amazing to sit with a Rose and really recognize that it’s not just a flower. Like Cacao, it is a powerful medicine. The rose, radiant teacher of divine love, heals through beauty and remembrance. Her essence clears grief from the heart, soothes emotional wounds, and restores the sacred balance between softness and strength. The thorns remind us of boundaries that protect our tenderness; the petals remind us to stay open to grace.
To work with rose medicine is to be held in unconditional love. It harmonizes the nervous system and uplifts the spirit. It invites forgiveness, compassion, and sensual embodiment. She teaches us to lead with the heart without losing our roots.

The next session I chose was a intuitive healer reading group session with Natalie Custforth. It was amazing to see her work. She is a intuitive healer and facilitator of life changing transformations. I received a really great message from Natalie in this session. She told me that I need to protect my healing gift. I must create a new agreement with myself on how I use my healing gift. This ensures that I am not paying the price energetically for healing in my relationships. To truly receive reciprocity. She gave me her book. I read it on the plane ride home. I have some ideas about how to tame my energy sensitivities. I am excited to work more with this in the coming months.

Next we had a delicious dinner prepared with such love.

Finally, I got to attend my Friend Sara Luna’s Dark Bloom session. She had been preparing for this class all day. She was changing her directions up until the last minute. In the end, though, she provided such a beautiful space for the group of women that attended. She described her heritage. She really grounded and centered all of us after a long, beautiful day of spiritual belonging and work. The message that came through for me from her share was really all about not doing this alone. We are all a strong, beautiful community. We need to stand together in these challenging times to hold each other up and stand side by side. Together, we will persevere. She provided a beautiful tea blend called Dark Bloom. It had a combination of Nettle, oat straw, red raspberry leaf, tulsi, rose, rose hip, hibiscus, and Butterfly pea blossom. This tea was rejuvenating, mineral-rich and heart-soothing. It helped us to emotionally ground together during the share. It was like a “self-care tonic in a cup.”

Our hearts were full. We felt like we received a beautiful gift of a spiritual reset. We left for the evening. We rested in our Airbnb with a beautiful bath of Hinoki bath salts. The next day, we drove back to Portland and saw the best rainbow I have ever seen. We literally drove right through it, what a lovely spectacle of the beauty of life and color.

I think about this month’s journey—from my oracle messages to the heart medicine of cacao. I embraced the healing grace of the rose and shared deep reflections in the community. I feel a gentle renewal. Every moment reminded me that healing doesn’t happen in isolation; it happens in communion—with spirit, with nature, with one another. These practices have reawakened my trust in softness, in rest, and in shared light. I created a playlist to carry this energy onward—songs for ascension, rest, and radiant becoming. May it hold you in the same rhythm that held me this month: co-regulate, rest, ascend, and shine your light. 🌹☕✨
Until next time friends- Much Love,
